UPDATE
Sorry for no activity recently on the Blog. We have been on the road with limited Internet access, we are now in northern Idaho getting ready for our summer job. Shortly after arriving in the area we had to make a quick trip to Rapid City, SD. to renew drivers license, that done we came back and went out and bought a new 5th wheel one that we had been searching for many months it was so ideal for what we want that we couldn't resist. It is a 2013 31 foot Prowler with 3 slides, at TV that comes up out of the entertainment center, an Island kitchen, a full size walk around bed room with walk-in closet, a separate bath room, plus lots of storage. So moving into a new home an getting that settled plus all the new paperwork has not allowed any time to blog but most of that is settling down so maybe for a will the blog will be more active
Looks like Heaven. Especially after fighting Wash DC traffic! How far is it to the nearest shopping center? Is it quiet?
ReplyDeleteI will try this again, the nearest shopping is in Grants Pass about 20 miles from here and yes there is a Senior Mall called Wal*Mart there also, what else would be needed we don't need
DeleteOK. So you're back in Oregon?? Wow. So wish we could be there with you! I think we're stuck here now for nearly 6 years with all the repairs my house needed and the RV incident...sigh. We love our job, though. Texas just will never be able to compete. Nor will the present company. We miss you (all 3) so much! Take care. Breathe in the wonderful air for us!

ReplyDeleteWish we could come spend a week there...we were there in 2000 (we think) and spent the night. Isn't there a gazebo there? I seem to remember the people were planning on doing great things .... like having fiddlers come, etc. Guess that never happened.

I love the truck and the wash house...isn't that what they were called long ago? Did you have any guests at all over the weekend? Hopefully when ODOT gets the signage done correctly, it will bring you lots of campers!
